En caso de que de las partidas asignadas para la construcción de los cuarteles de que se ha hablado, quedaren algunas sumas sobrantes, podrán estas invertirse en la construcción de otros cuarteles en los lugares donde no existan, o en la compra de lotes de terreno destinados para algún otro servicio relacionado con el ramo de Guerra.
