Para condenar se requiere el conocimiento más allá de toda duda, acerca del delito y de la responsabilidad penal del acusado, fundado en las pruebas debatidas en el juicio.
La sentencia condenatoria no podrá fundamentarse exclusivamente en pruebas de referencia.
