Las reclamaciones que se presenten por los interesados deberán hacerse por escrito ante la Gerencia, la cual dictará su resolución dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Contra esta resolución podrán instaurárselo el interesado los recursos de reposición ante la misma Gerencia y de apelación ante la Junta Directiva. La resolución que la Junta dicte podrá recurrirse por la vía Contencioso-Administrativa. Toda reclamación deberá ser hecha antes del retiro de las mercancías afectadas.
