ARTICULO 419 . Obligaciones del sindicado . En los casos de conminación, caución, detención domiciliaria y libertad provisional, se le impondrán las siguientes obligaciones

Presentarse cuando el funcionario competente lo solicite. No se pueden imponer presentaciones periódicas.

Observar buena conducta individual, familiar y social.

Informar todo cambio de residencia.

No salir del país sin previa autorización del funcionario.
