Principios generales ambientales. Para todos los efectos, las entidades que ejerzan funciones en materia de medio ambiente y recursos naturales, aun en forma transitoria, aplicarán los principios generales ambientales establecidos en el artículo 1° de la Ley 99 de 1993.
