Durante el tiempo de la fijación del aviso, cualquiera persona que tenga interés puede oponerse al arrendamiento solicitado, por medio de memorial que presentará acompañado de las pruebas en que funde la oposición, debiendo en tal caso el funcionario que conozca del asunto, pasar éste al respectivo Juez de Circuito para su decisión
