Articulo 2 ° Recibidos los documentos en la Secretaría de Hacienda, te ordenará al Alcalde del Distrito en que excite por medio de dos ó más edictos á todos los que se crean perjudicados para que hagan valer sus derechos ante la mencionada Secretaría de Hacienda.
