La decisión de la Comisión del Servicio Civil que niega la inscripción o la actualización en el Registro Público de la Carrera Administrativa se notificará personalmente al interesado, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal dentro del término señalado, la decisión se notificará por edicto de conformidad con lo establecido en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
