Por los correos nacionales circularán libres de porte las sumas no mayores de cien pesos ($ 100) que Vayan con destino a la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial o de sus agencias, o de éstas a sus clientes. Tendrán franquicia telegráfica los despachos que se dirijan en desarrollo del artículo 27 de la Ley 40 de 1932 , hasta cincuenta palabras en cada operación de crédito.
