Suspensión de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento o del registro sanitario. Consiste en la privación temporal del derecho que confiere el otorgamiento de los mismos, por haberse incurrido en conductas contrarias a las disposiciones del presente Decreto y demás normas sanitarias, dependiendo de la gravedad de la falta, podrá establecerse por un término no mayor de un (1) año.
