ARTICULO 64. Destino de los aportes. Los aportes de que trata el artículo 62 y el artículo 63, con excepción del uno por ciento (1 %) para el pago de servicios médico-asistenciales, se destinarán para capitalización y obligaciones de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con las determinaciones que tome su Junta Directiva.
