°. Las prendas agrarias o industriales podrán otorgarse en cualquier tiempo, antes o después de los contratos a que accedan, y correrán desde que se inscriban. Por consiguiente, podrán otorgarse prendas globales o abiertas para garantizar todas las obligaciones que se contraigan dentro de determinada cuantía y durante el tiempo que se convenga.
