SINDICACION PENAL POR ACTOS DEL SERVICIO. Los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad a quienes por razón de actos ejecutados en ejercicio de sus funciones o con ocasión de las mismas, se les sindique como infractores de la ley penal, cumplirán la detención ordenada por la autoridad judicial en dependencias del DAS.
