°. Información para la entrega del subsidio . Para la entrega del subsidio a los usuarios, las empresas comercializadoras y/o distribuidoras de GLP deberán reportar al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en los plazos y condiciones que este establezca, la información necesaria que permita la determinación y verificación de los beneficiarios del subsidio y el monto a subsidiar.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Minas y Energía determinará el momento a partir del cual, la información deberá ser reportada al SUI.
