CIRCUNSTANCIAS DE AGRAVACION PUNITIVA. La pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte, si el hecho descrito en el artículo anterior se cometiere

Produciendo infección o contagio en plantas o animales.

Empleando sustancias venenosas o corrosivas.

En despoblado o lugar solitario y

Sobre objeto de interés científico, histórico, asistencial, educativo, cultural o artístico, como laboratorio, archivo, biblioteca, museo, monumento, o sobre bien de uso público o de utilidad social.
