Sirenas y alarmas. El uso de sirenas solamente estará autorizado en vehículos policiales o militares, ambulancias y carros de bomberos. Prohíbase el uso de sirenas en vehículos particulares.

Serán sancionados con multas impuestas por las autoridades de policía municipales o distritales, los propietarios de fuentes fijas y móviles cuyas alarmas de seguridad continúen emitiendo ruido después de treinta (30) minutos de haber sido activadas.
