Artículo tercero . La Comisión estará asesorada por el doctor Eugenio Derobert, Experto de las Naciones Unidas. Tendrá un Secretario y dos Mecanotaquígrafas de primera, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno, con asignaciones mensuales de $ 1.500.00 y $ 350.00 respectivamente.
