ARTICULO 130 . P rofesores militares de quinta categoría . Podrá ser inscrito como Profesor Militar de Quinta Categoría, el Oficial o Suboficial que haya desempeñado en forma destacada y por un lapso no inferior a dos (2) años la función de instructor en Institutos de Formación y Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares, previa solicitud favorablemente conceptuada por el respectivo Comandante o Director. También podrá inscribirse en esta Categoría, el Oficial o Suboficial que haya dictado un mínimo de ciento ochenta (180) horas de clase en dependencias militares con buenos resultados debidamente certificados.
