Los contratos de fiducia mercantil con fines de garantía que consten en documento privado deberán inscribirse en el Registro Mercantil de la Cámara de Comercio con jurisdicción en el domicilio del fiduciante, sin perjuicio de la inscripción o registro que de acuerdo con la clase de acto o con la naturaleza de los bienes, deba hacerse conforme a la ley.
