Beneficiarios. Podrán ser beneficiarios de la línea de crédito directo con tasa compensada de que trata el presente decreto, las entidades territoriales: Departamentos, municipios y distritos.

Parágrafo

Los créditos y montos máximos se aprobarán a cada beneficiario de conformidad con los criterios y requisitos aprobados por la Junta Directiva de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (Findeter), así como el Reglamento para Operaciones de Crédito Directo de Findeter”.
