Las autoridades catastrales competentes deberán entregar, sin ningún costo, a quien la solicite, la información catastral correspondiente a los inmuebles que se encuentren ubicados en predios que hayan sido objeto de legalización urbanística o que se encuentren en proceso de legalización, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
