Los contratos a que se refiere el artículo anterior quedarán sujetos al derecho privado, salvo que tuvieren cláusulas sobre caducidad, y en uno y otro caso requerirán, para su validez, la aprobación del Ministerio de Minas y Energía. Cuando dichos contratos se celebraren con extranjeros, éstos deberán renunciar a reclamaciones diplomáticas.
