Cuando la mercancía o producto que quieren despacharse al interior no hubieren sido importados del Exterior, sino que sean de producción nacional, deberá avisarse al Jefe de Turno, previa entrega a la empresa que haya de transportarlos, para que los anote inmediatamente en el libro respectivo en el lugar que les corresponda. Tales cargamentos se anotarán en el libro en el primer lugar después de aquéllos a que se refiera la lista pasada por la Aduana el día anterior.
