Artículo segundo. El Banco de la República, de acuerdo con la liquidación que el mismo efectúe con base en las estadísticas que elaboran los Laboratorios de Fundición y Ensaye, librará los giros de las sumas correspondientes a dicho impuesto, dentro del mes siguiente que fueren recaudadas, al Tesorero Municipal de los respectivos productores.
