ARTICULO 22 . CONCESIONARIOS DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. Podrán ser concesionarios del servicio de telefonía móvil celular las empresas estatales, las sociedades de economía mixta en las que participen directa o indirectamente operadores de la telefonía fija o convencional en Colombia y también las sociedades privadas, que cumplan las condiciones establecidas en la Ley 37 de 1993 y el presente Decreto.
