Desde el inicio del proceso de reorganización o de liquidación judicial, y durante la ejecución del acuerdo de reorganización o de adjudicación queda interrumpido el término de prescripción y no operará la caducidad de las acciones respecto de los créditos causados contra el deudor antes del inicio del proceso.
