El reconocimiento de la asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones a que tienen derecho los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, será tramitado mediante el procedimiento de oficio por la Dirección General, con la obligación por parte del interesado de complementar la documentación con las pruebas que la Dirección no esté en condiciones de allegar.
