Cuencas Compartidas. Cuando dos o más autoridades ambientales competentes tengan jurisdicción sobre una misma cuenca hidrográfica, las Comisiones Conjuntas de que trata la sección 8, capítulo 1 del título 3, parte 2, libro 2 del presente Decreto o la norma que lo sustituya o modifique, coordinarán la implementación de la tasa por utilización de aguas en la cuenca compartida, sin perjuicio de las competencias da cada autoridad ambiental competente.
