Practicadas las pruebas a que se refiere el artículo anterior o vencido el término de ocho (8) días sin que el jefe del organismo o entidad investigada solicitare pruebas, el funcionario competente decidirá en el término de diez (10) días, mediante resolución motivada, sobre el fondo del asunto.
