Art. 2.° Para la organización de la compañía, marcharán de los cuerpos de la Guardia colombiana que hacen la guarnicion de esta plaza, los oficiales i clases. El Gobierno del Estado soberano de Santander suministrará los cincuenta soldados, que serán los mismos que se le habían pedido como continjente para completar los cuerpos en servicio activo. La compañía mencionada ejecutará las operaciones i órdenes que, con el objeto indicado, dicte el Presidente del Estado soberano de Santander.
