ARTICULO 81 . PETICION DE PRUEBAS. El investigado podrá dentro del término legal pedir la práctica de las pruebas que estime conducentes o aportarlas. Cuando las pruebas sean allegadas o aportadas por el investigado sólo se incorporarán al proceso previo auto que estime su conducencia. La denegación total o parcial de las solicitadas o allegadas deberá ser motivada y notificada personalmente.
