°. CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA. La Compañía está sometida al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria. La Contraloría General de la República fiscalizará únicamente lo que concierne al aporte patrimonial público, y la percepción de las utilidades correspondientes, teniendo en cuenta que el patrimonio social de la Compañía no es un bien fiscal, sino un patrimonio propio, independiente y separado, afecto a la obtención de los fines sociales de la Compañía, manejado con plena autonomía administrativa.
