Peajes. En su calidad de Jefe de la Administración en el sector transporte, y con el fin de asegurar la adecuada operación de la infraestructura de transporte, corresponde al Ministro de Transporte autorizar el establecimiento de los peajes que deban cobrarse por el uso de las vías a cargo de la Nación, los Departamentos, Distritos y Municipios.
