Los Magistrados de las Salas Especiales de Juzgamiento y sus Fiscales, podrán solicitar la protección personal, la de su vivienda y familia a la fuerza pública y organismos de seguridad del Estado. Por petición de éstos, el Gobierno Nacional dispondrá la asignación de su sede y vivienda en cualquier dependencia oficial que se acomode al desempeño de sus funciones, bienestar y seguridad.
