Art. 26. En los convenios Internacionales que ajuste el Gobierno, no podrá estipularse la reserva del derecho de traducción, salvo que se trate de obras escritas en Lengua extranjera e impresas en país donde la lengua castellana sea la dominante, como son las obras en latín, vascuence o catalán, impresas en España.
