Sanciones. Corresponde a la Superintendencia Financiera, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, las Direcciones Departamentales y Distritales de Salud y a las Direcciones Territoriales o quienes hagan sus veces, de conformidad con las competencias asignadas en las normas legales vigentes, imponer las sanciones frente al incumplimiento de las disposiciones del Sistema de Garantía de Calidad del Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales.
