º. Para las finalidades de este Decreto se entiende por fecha de producción, aquella en que el metal sea depositado en el Banco de la República. Las retenciones por más tiempo del permitido por las disposiciones vigentes, es decir, por más de quince (15) días, serán sancionadas por la Prefectura de Control de Cambios, con aplicación de las normas que rigen la materia.
