Atribuciones Del Personal Uniformado De La Policía Nacional

Compete al personal uniformado de la Policía Nacional, conocer:

Parágrafo 1

La participación en programa comunitario o actividad pedagógica de convivencia será organizada y realizada por las alcaldías municipales, distritales o locales, o sus delegados, de acuerdo con los lineamientos que para tal fin, establezca el Gobierno nacional.

Parágrafo 2

Contra las medidas previstas en este artículo se concede el recurso de apelación en el efecto devolutivo que resolverá un inspector de policía .
