Artículo sexto. La Dirección de la Facultad de Contaduría estará a cargo de un Consejo Directivo y del Rector. El Rector ejercerá sus funciones con la inmediata colaboración del Secretario y del Director de Instituto Técnico Superior de Comercio y dentro de las normas legales y reglamentarias que rigen la materia.
