º . Ingreso por incremento. Cuando no se opte por el proceso de reposición de vehículos en los términos anteriormente establecidos, el ingreso de vehículos nuevos al servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de carga será por incremento, previa obtención de una autorización de Registro Inicial de Matrícula con destino al Organismo de Tránsito.
