Con los datos que se reciban de las oficinas antes citadas y los que existan en la Sección de Contabilidad del Ministerio de Guerra, se formará un libro que contenga en once columnas tales datos, en la forma siguiente: número de orden; número del cese; nombre del individuo a quien se expidió el cese; grado efectivo; Cuerpo a que perteneció; fecha del cese; época a que pertenece el cese; valor del cese en oro; valor del cese en plata; valor del cese en billetes; y observaciones, en donde se anotarán los cesionarios legítimos.
