La clausura temporal de depósitos de distribución de leche y expendios de leche para consumo humano, será realizada por el jefe de la unidad regional o local en cuya jurisdicción se encuentre el depósito o expendio objeto de la medida, directamente o a través de funcionarios bajo su dependencia.
