Los militares pensionados no podrán ausentarse del territorio de la República, disfrutando pensión, sino con permiso del Poder Ejecutivo, quien podrá concederlo hasta por dos años y en tiempo de paz; pero podrá ampliar este término, en caso de que una enfermedad rebelde legalmente comprobada, haga necesaria una ausencia mayor.
