Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 507 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “3. Suspensión provisional de un operador de comercio exterior: Es la suspensión de la autorización o habilitación otorgada a un operador de comercio exterior, que adopta el área de fiscalización mientras concluye un proceso sancionatorio, originado por una infracción que da lugar a la sanción de cancelación de la autorización o habilitación”.
