REQUISITOS PREVIOS A LA EXCARCELACION. Cuando un interno sea excarcelado se procederá así:

1. Se le devolverán los valores y efectos depositados a su nombre.

2. Se le certificará el término de su privación efectiva de la libertad y de la causa de la misma.

3. Se certificarán los cursos y trabajos realizados por permanencia en el establecimiento.

4. Se vinculará al programa de servicio pospenitenciario, si es del caso, y

5. Se le certificará su estado de salud.
