Transporte ocasional. Los vehículos clase campero y bus escalera vinculados a las empresas de transporte habilitadas para la prestación del servicio mixto, podrán excepcionalmente efectuar viajes ocasionales en un radio de acción distinto al autorizado, con el porte de una planilla de viaje ocasional expedida por el Ministerio de Transporte.

Parágrafo

Para dar cumplimiento a lo señalado en el presente artículo, el Ministerio de Transporte reglamentará las condiciones en que se prestará el servicio.
