Impuesto sobre la renta. Para efectos de impuesto sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituye renta gravable de los haberes que perciban del Tesoro Público los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, el sueldo básico respectivo disminuido con el aporte que deben hacer a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro, sin perjuicio de las demás exenciones legales.
