Para obtener licencia de Director de Teatro, es necesario presentar solicitud en tal sentido al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, a la cual deberá acompañar copia auténtica del título en arte dramático, debidamente reconocido por el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior -ICFES- y la documentación que acredite su experiencia en dirección o asistencia de dirección teatral.
