° El primer crédito imputable a este empréstito, que tendrá un valor de mil seiscientos millones de pesos ($ 1.600.000.00O.00 y se destinará a la suscripción de acciones del Banco de Caldas S. A.; se otorgará en los siguientes términos: - El plazo total será de seis (6) años y se causarán intereses al 6% anual, en promedio, durante todo el plazo. A partir del vencimiento del segundo año, se harán abonos a capital e intereses, en tal forma que el pago del capital y los intereses se haga en cinco (5) cuotas anuales iguales.

Parágrafo

Para los desembolsos posteriores, el Comité Nacional determinará la destinación y las condiciones de los empréstitos.
