ARTICULO 249. Depósito de cesantías. El Ministerio de Defensa, a medida que las apropiaciones presupuestales lo permitan, podrá depositar en la Caja de Vivienda Militar los dineros que considere disponibles y que hayan sido destinados para el pago de cesantías. La Caja podrá utilizar estos dineros en el desarrollo de sus actividades ordinarias manteniendo a órdenes del Ministerio con liquidez inmediata, el porcentaje que el mismo Ministerio determine.
